The Annual Chapter Education Summit (ACES) was developed to offer Legal Administrators and Managers an opportunity to learn and exchange vital information with other Administrators, Legal Managers, Industry Leaders, and Business Partners.  Here is the lineup of this year's speakers: 

Session 1: Leadership with Jennifer McClure
Topic:  "Influential Leadership:  Mastering the Art of Influence to Achieve Extraordinary Results at Work & In Life"
Jennifer McClure is an entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, leadership success coach, and former HR executive who works with business leaders to build career that they love, and lives that matter.  As President of Unbridled Talent LLC, Jennifer is recognized as an influencer and expert on the future of work, innovative people strategies and strategic leadership.  A top-rated keynote speaker and trainer who has delivered high-impact programs to over 50,000 people in 8 countries and on 4 continents.  Jennifer is also the CEO & Chief Excitement Officer of Disrupt HR LLC, an information exchange designed to energize, inform and empower HR leaders, business professionals, and community leaders who are interested in disruptive ideas and moving the collective thinking forward when it comes to talent in the workplace.  Jennifer has mentored leaders and executives and understands what it takes to succeed in today's rapidly changing world. 

Session 2:  Diversity with Susana Rinderle
Topic:  "Doing Diversity Right:  The Real Reasons Why, The Secrets of How"
Susana Rinderle, MA, ACC, is a trainer, coach, speaker and President of Susana Rinderle Consulting, LLC.  She helps leaders and organizations solve a pressing problem or go from good to great through the power of inclusive leadership and effective communication.  She also coaches women, Millenials and people of color to greater success in work and life while creating positive change in their workplace and communities.  A native of Los Angeles, she has 25 years of professional experience garnering meaningful results for clients in multiple sectors across the U.S. and abroad, including non-profit, corporate, healthcare, education and government.  She was the co-founder and first Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for University of New Mexico Hospitals where they were recognized as one of the Top 10 Hospital Systems by Diversity Inc. and in 2014, was recognized as a Leader in LGBT Healthcare Equality, largely due to the programs she created and implemented.  Susana is a regular contributor to The Huffington post, Workforce Magazine and Diversity Best Practices. 

  Session 3:  Labor Law with Douglas M. Wade, Esq
Topic:  "Labor Law Update for 2018"
The breadth and depth of knowledge Doug Wade brings to his clients reveals years of study dedicated to pursuing his passion.  A native of West Los Angeles, Doug crossed the Atlantic to attend Pembroke College, Oxford University, where he earned his B.A. and M.A. in Jurisprudence in 1990.  He then earned a Master of Laws degree, with emphasis in Business and Corporate law, from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1992.  The following year, Doug completed a Master of Laws in Labor/Employment Law and International/Comparative Law.  With over 20 years of litigation experience in California, Doug has represented businesses of all sizes, defending them in matters related to shareholder agreements, breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, unfair competition claims, as well as harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour claims.  Although litigation sometimes is unavoidable, Doug's emphasizes advise and educate clients on the best business and employment practices to help prevent claims.
